Trysil 1103GR is an 85 cm lighting bollard made from an extruded aluminium profile, powder-coated graphite, RAL 7016. At the top the 11 cm wide profile bends at a right angle into a horizontal arm that reaches out 34 cm, and a sealed clear PMMA lens set into the underside of its end directs the light downwards.How much light and what kindThe fitting draws 8 W. The LED module produces 828 lm and 674 lm leaves the luminaire, slightly less than an old 60 W bulb, enough for the path or driveway beside it. At 4000 K the light is neutral white, CRI 80 renders colours correctly, and SDCM3 means several bollards in one row shine in the same shade.The Ledil VSM lens gives an IESNA type V distribution, a symmetrical round pool of light around the post. The manufacturer states ULOR 0% and a BUG rating of B1-U1-G1: no light goes above the fitting, so it does not shine into the sky or into the neighbours' windows.Control and servicingThe driver works in a DALI2/TD system, so dimming needs a DALI controller; an ordinary phase dimmer is not intended for this fitting. The LED module is replaced by a professional service, while the driver can be replaced by the user, and the manufacturer offers service kit ZS1103zx0009 for this fitting. The module is rated L90 109,000 h (90% of the initial output remains after that time) and the driver 100,000 h.Mounting and connectionThe bollard is fixed to the ground through four ø8 mm holes spaced 18 × 50 mm; the concrete anchor 1907ZX0009 is sold separately. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm² and a round cable up to 12.5 mm in diameter, and fittings can be looped through with cable up to 3 × 1.5 mm². According to the manufacturer, up to 82 of these fittings can run on one B10 breaker and up to 130 on a B16. It is a class I fitting, so it must be connected to the protective earth conductor.IP65 means a dust-tight housing protected against water jets, and IK08 resistance to a 5 J impact. The bollard weighs 4.2 kg.Where it fitsNorlys designs Trysil for gardens, private grounds and architectural use.
