A pair of white SLV end caps, article number 1000473, made for the GRAZIA 10 recessed profile. One pack closes both ends of a single length of profile. Why an LED profile needs end caps An aluminium profile is sold as an extrusion and cut to length on site. After cutting, both ends are left open: the edge of the LED strip, the inside of the channel and the diffuser groove are all on show. An end cap closes that section, protects the strip and its cable from damage, and keeps dust out of the channel. On the recessed version this matters visually as well. The GRAZIA 10 profile is buried in plasterboard with its flange left proud as the frame of the light line. The end cap repeats that flange shape, so the drawn line of the slot closes cleanly at both ends instead of running into an open extrusion at the wall. What it fits These caps are made specifically for the recessed version of GRAZIA 10. They do not fit the surface-mounted version or profiles with a different cross-section — when ordering, match the profile's article number rather than the GRAZIA family name alone.
