Delison Small Wall Lantern - 1 Light - Rubbed Bronze Elstead

Name: Delison Small Wall Lantern - 1 Light - Rubbed Bronze Elstead
Brand: Elstead Lighting

Delison Small is a small wall lantern by Kichler, distributed by Elstead Lighting. It has a trapezoid shape — four panes of clear glass narrowing towards the top — and an aluminium frame in a Rubbed Bronze finish, a dark bronze with copper rub-through that the photographs show along the edges. The lantern hangs from a rectangular arm that springs from a narrow wall plate. Where to mount it The lantern is rated IP44, meaning it is protected against water splashing from any direction, and the manufacturer lists it for exterior use — on the facade beside a door, on a balcony wall or at the entrance of a hotel or restaurant. It is 29 cm tall and 16.5 cm wide, and projects 20.2 cm from the wall. The back plate measures 12 × 15.9 cm, and it is the plate that decides whether the lantern fits on a narrow stretch of wall between a door and a window or frame. It weighs 1.71 kg. The same series also includes a larger Medium version (KL-DELISON-M-RZ) in the same finish. Light source Inside is a single E27 lampholder for a bulb of up to 60 W. No bulb is included. The glass is clear on every side, so the bulb is in full view; the manufacturer recommends a separately sold clear E27 LED lamp in the classic pear shape at 3000 K, a warm white. The fitting works with dimmable lamps, so with a dimmable bulb and a suitable dimmer the light at the entrance can be turned down. It is protection class I, so it has to be connected with a protective earth conductor. Form and finish Kichler designed Delison with minimalist, Arts and Crafts décor in mind: clean, crisp lines, trapezoid sides and no ornament. The manufacturer points it at rustic exteriors and updated lodge-style houses.Mostrar mais
