90° corner connector for the Zambelis 48 V magnetic track 2083B-C2 is not a luminaire — it is a structural part of the Zambelis 48 V magnetic system that lets a line of light turn a corner. The flat L-shaped profile joins two runs of track at 90° in the horizontal plane, that is, where the line changes direction across the ceiling. The manufacturer gives its size as 50 × 50 mm, so the corner does not break the rhythm of a continuous line — it reads as a simple bend in the profile. Trimless installation — the track disappears into the ceiling The part belongs to the trimless line. The profile is recessed so that its edge finishes flush with the plaster or board; there is no visible frame and no rose. The result is a dark slot in the ceiling within which the magnetic fittings move — the approach used in architectural projects where the hardware is meant to be invisible. That is exactly why the corner is a separate part rather than a bent length: only a factory-made shape guarantees that the edges meet cleanly once plastered in. What it works with The manufacturer states compatibility with the deep-track magnetic aluminium profiles 2083B-1, 2083B-2 and 2083B-3. Making the joint also requires the 20105 Flex Connector — the part that carries the supply around the corner — and it is not included here. It is worth adding to the order alongside the corner. The equivalent for a change of direction in the vertical plane (for instance from ceiling to wall) is the 2083B-C1 corner. Construction The part is made of aluminium in a sandy black finish — a black with a fine, sand-textured surface that scatters reflections and does not take fingerprints the way smooth lacquer does. The same shade runs through the whole 2083B line, so the corner does not stand out from the straight sections. IP20 places the system in dry interiors, mechanical resistance is IK2 and the stated operating temperature range is −35 to 50 °C. Planning the installation Trimless corners are designed together with the ceiling, not after it is finished — the profile needs a recess formed before plastering. When planning, count every change of direction: each horizontal turn means one 2083B-C2 plus one 20105 connector, and each vertical turn a 2083B-C1. The weight of the part itself (0.2 kg gross) has no structural significance, but the number of corners affects the total length of straight profile that has to be ordered.
