ARNE-LED is a 49.5 cm outdoor bollard light: an upright tube 6.3 cm across carrying, on a short arm, a cylindrical head that points downwards — all in matt black. The base is a round plate 15 cm across with screw holes, so the fitting bolts down onto a solid surface. How high it sits and what it lights At 49.5 cm the head sits well below an adult's eye line, so the light falls on the ground right beside the bollard rather than into the eyes of anyone walking past. The head is fixed and aims down, so the direction cannot be adjusted after installation — what gets lit is decided by where the bollard is placed. The beam is 38° and the lamp delivers 350 lm. For comparison, an old 60 W bulb amounts to roughly 800 lm, so one bollard means a pool of light around itself rather than a lit path — along a longer stretch you set out several. What is in the box and what has to be bought The light source is included: a LED lamp with a GU10 (MR16) base, 5 W, 2700 K and 350 lm. 2700 K is warm, slightly yellow white, close to the light of a traditional bulb. Colour rendering is Ra 80 and the manufacturer quotes a 30,000-hour life — after that only the lamp is replaced, because the GU10 base is a standard one. The fitting cannot be dimmed: neither the supplied lamp nor the fitting itself provides for it. Installation materials come with the light, while the wall switch that turns it on is bought separately. Build and weather resistance The body is powder-coated steel in matt black. It is the powder layer that protects the steel from corrosion, which is why scratches and chips in the finish matter practically and not just visually. IP44 covers rain and splashing water from every direction, but not flooding or cleaning with a pressure washer. The fitting runs on 230 V mains and is protection class I, so the supply cable has to carry an earth conductor. The included lamp is energy efficiency class G.Meer tonen
