This HPLC column has an inner diameter of 4.6 mm, is 150 mm long and has 2.7 µm particles. AdvanceBio oligonucleotide columns provide a premier platform for high-resolution ion-pair reversed-phase (IP-RP) column chemistry, enabling seamless method scaling and supporting analytical characterization through purification. These columns are specifically designed to successfully separate tritylated, deprotected oligonucleotides. They are characterized by high resolving power and robustness to withstand the demanding conditions of high pH and temperature that require enhanced separation and denaturation for optimal oligonucleotide resolution and separation. The AdvanceBio Oligonucleotide Columns utilize highly efficient 2.7 and 4 μm surface porous Poroshell particles chemically modified by Agilent's unique technology.
