ROSAS is a table lamp shaped as a black cylinder 16 cm across and 30 cm high. Two horizontal bands of open honeycomb mesh cut through the body, the inside of the shade is finished in matt gold, and the top of the cylinder is left open. How much room it takes and how it is switched The round base measures 12 cm across — that is the footprint the lamp actually occupies, even though the shade is 16 cm wide. Set the 30 cm height against the depth of the bedside table or shelf the lamp is to stand on. The switch sits on the supply cord, so the light goes on and off without reaching under the shade. The manufacturer lists the fitting as non-dimmable and offers no dimmer for it. What light it gives The fitting takes one lamp with an E27 cap rated up to 40 W and runs on 230 V. No bulb is included; the manufacturer recommends the decorative Lucide T32 filament lamp, article 49035/20/62 — E27, 4.9 W, 2200 K, in amber glass. Light leaves through the two mesh bands and through the open top of the shade. The steel honeycomb passes it in points, so the lamp glows muted and warm and draws a pattern of small hexagons on whatever stands closest to it. The output is not directional — the light spreads all around. Build and fitting Body and base are powder-coated metal in matt black, the shade is steel. The fitting is protection class II, so it needs no earth conductor, and carries an IP20 rating, which keeps it to dry interiors. The manufacturer includes the installation hardware in the box.
