The ZAMBELIS 25340 wall light pairs a flat vertical bar 26 cm tall with a hemispherical shade in champagne gold. The bar carries a Sandy Black finish — a black coating with a fine, matt texture. The shade is aluminium, and inside it an integrated LED module sits in a black plastic reflector. How much wall it takes up The fitting measures 15 cm long, 10 cm wide and 26 cm high, and the mounting bar is only 4 × 3 cm in section. What shows on the wall is a narrow black strip and the shade projecting from it, 10 cm across and 6.5 cm deep. It is a surface-mounted fitting; no recess has to be cut into the wall. Power comes straight from the 220–240 V mains, with no external driver. The fitting is safety class I, so an earth conductor has to reach the back box. How much light it gives The built-in LED module draws 13 W and delivers 779 lm — roughly what an old 60 W incandescent bulb produced, but concentrated on a small area. The 3000 K colour is warm white, close to filament light, and a colour rendering index of Ra 80 is enough for relaxed and decorative lighting. The deep black reflector narrows the beam, so the light lands on a chosen part of a wall, a picture or the page of a book instead of spilling across the whole room. The shade turns through 359°, which means the direction is set after the light is mounted and can be changed later. The light source is integrated — there is no bulb to buy and none to replace. A switch on the fitting itself An On/Off button sits at the lower end of the bar. The light is switched at the fitting rather than from a separate wall switch, which matters beside a bed or an armchair. It runs at full output; the fitting does not work with a dimmer. Materials and service life The build combines a metal mounting bar, an aluminium shade and a plastic reflector inside it. The contrast between matt black and champagne gold is the whole design idea — the same fitting is also offered with a nickel-coloured shade, as article 25341.
