LAGOM 120 is a linear wall light by Thoro: a beige aluminium profile 118.5 cm tall, seated on a rectangular bracket and held off the wall by a short spigot. The luminous edge runs the whole length of the profile. The LED module is permanently built in — there is no socket and no bulb to replace. How much wall it takes The fitting measures 118.5 cm high, 7 cm wide and 4 cm deep. It is a slim vertical line taking up a narrow strip of wall, but its height is the figure to compare with the distance to your ceiling and to the top edge of whatever furniture it hangs beside. The bracket sits at about a third of the length rather than in the middle, so its position decides how much profile stays above the fixing point and how much below; the direction is chosen at installation. The fitting weighs 1.25 kg. What sort of light it gives The built-in LED module draws up to 15 W and delivers 1986 lm — roughly two and a half times an old 60 W bulb (about 800 lm), spread along nearly 1.2 m of luminous edge. The manufacturer describes the output as diffused light, so the fitting brightens a strip of wall over its full height instead of throwing a spot. 3000 K is warm white with a slightly yellow cast, close to the light of a traditional bulb. Colour rendering of Ra 93 is high: the colours of walls, fabrics and wood read almost as they do in daylight, which matters by a mirror and in front of a wardrobe. Connection and build The fitting runs on 230 V 50 Hz mains and is protection class I, so the connection needs an earth conductor. Its IP20 rating covers dry interiors only — outside a shower zone and not on a terrace. The energy class is F and the EPREL registration number 1329840. The body is aluminium, the fitting is made in Poland, and Thoro covers it with a five-year warranty. The Lagom series runs to wall and ceiling versions of 90, 120 and 150 cm, in six body colours and in 3000 K or 4000 K, so several fittings can be matched within one room.Show more
