NUMINOS DALI L is a three-phase track spotlight from the NUMINOS system by the German brand SLV – not a recessed fitting. The adapter clips into EUTRAC / Eurostandard 3-phase track and the cylindrical head hangs below it: 21.3 cm long, 18 cm high, 10 cm across. A head that moves: 90° and 350° This is the point of a track spot. The head tilts through 90° and rotates through 350° on its axis, so the light can be put exactly on a shelf, a picture or a table – and re-aimed after a rearrangement without touching the wiring. The 36° optic gives a narrow, clearly defined pool: this is a fitting for accenting, not for washing a room evenly. Light quality The integrated LED module delivers 2340 lm from 28 W (about 83 lm/W) at a warm 3000 K. Two numbers matter here as a pair: CRI 90 and UGR 13. High colour rendering counts wherever goods must look as they really are – a clothing shop, a gallery, a showroom. A low glare rating means the fitting does not sting when you look toward it, which is a real problem with a spot hung at eye level. Rated life is 50,000 hours. DALI control The DALI version dims over a digital bus rather than a phase dimmer. Each fitting can therefore be addressed individually and grouped in software – the standard in retail and office installations where the lighting scene changes through the day. A DALI controller is required; 230 V track alone will not dim it. Build and operating conditions An aluminium housing with plastic parts, finished white with a black reflector interior. Supply 220–240 V ~50/60 Hz, 700 mA, protection class I (a protective earth is required). IP20 – dry interiors. Permitted ambient temperature −20 to 50°C. The light source is integrated and replaced by a specialist, not by the user. SLV gives a 5-year guarantee.
