The LED Labs PROFI 3Y is a single-colour, cold-white 12 V LED strip supplied on a 5 m roll. Variant 16-2302-03 uses 300 SMD 5050 LEDs, equal to 60 LEDs per metre, with a fixed 6500 K light colour. It is a component for planning a continuous line of light rather than a ready-to-connect luminaire.Light over the planned lengthThe manufacturer states a luminous flux of 1090 lm/m and luminous efficacy of 91 lm/W. The strip can be cut at 50 mm intervals, allowing the section length to follow the project. Compare the required length with those cutting points before installation; the supplied roll itself measures 5 m.Power and fittingThis model operates at 12 V and requires a separate power supply with the matching output voltage. Selection of that supply depends on the length and power of the section used, so it is not an included component. The 3Y series has Blue Tape mounting tape; LED Labs specifies application in a cleaned LED profile.IP65HS coveringIP65HS refers to the heat-shrink covering which, according to the manufacturer, increases protection from moisture. It does not by itself establish suitability of the complete installation for a particular location: the power supply, connections and installation method require their own selection. Stated lifetime is 26,200 hours and this variant has a three-year warranty.The source is single-colour, with cold white 6500 K fixed for this version.
