The V-TAC VT-60006RD-S is a round white LED panel designed for surface mounting. Its shallow plastic body measures 12.12 cm in diameter and projects 3.06 cm from the ceiling. Light is provided by an integrated SMD module with a Samsung chip, so there is no separate bulb to choose or purchase. Dimensions and installation method The diameter of just over 12 cm can be checked against the available ceiling area before fitting, while the 3.06 cm depth keeps the panel close to the surface. Its surface-mounted construction does not require a panel-sized ceiling cut-out; the mounting base visible in the gallery sits behind the body once installation is complete. The panel connects directly to a 220–240 V, 50/60 Hz supply. V-TAC's instructions require the power to be isolated before work begins and installation to be carried out by a qualified person. This is an indoor fitting, so its location should be selected according to the actual conditions in the room. Light output and character The integrated module draws 6 W and produces 660 lm, equivalent to an efficacy of 110 lm/W. A colour temperature of 3000 K gives warm white light with a character close to a traditional incandescent lamp, while Ra 80 indicates a standard functional level of colour rendering. V-TAC specifies an optical beam angle of 120°, creating a broad field below the ceiling rather than a narrow spot. The panel is not dimmable and therefore operates at a fixed brightness. Its LED module is included; the instruction manual identifies it as a light source that may be replaced only by a professional. The fitting has no cap or threaded holder for a user-replaceable bulb. Where to use the VT-60006RD-S V-TAC lists kitchens, offices, conference rooms, entrance areas and showrooms among the applications. The 660 lm output should be considered alongside room size and the number of other light points: one panel above a small zone performs a different role from several panels arranged in a sequence. The round white plastic housing maintains a low profile and does not introduce a strong colour accent.
