With this melter you can easily melt chocolate and keep it in a steady temperature of 60°C for furtherprocessing. The matching lid makes it possible to keep the temperature of the chocolate for a longer time. Thecontainer has a capacity of 1.5 litres. A thermostat controls the temperature continously, the control light lightsup until the set temperature is reached. Of course you can also keep other meals warm in this melter.
