The Mareco Luce PIN 360 is a round surface-mounted luminaire 36 cm across, designed for the ceiling or the wall. The version coded 076539XM pairs an integrated 24 W LED module with a 3000 K/4000 K CCT switch and an emergency module that keeps the fitting lit when mains power fails. IP65 sealing and IK08 impact resistance make it equally suitable indoors and outdoors. Built for exposed positions The housing is moulded from through-coloured ABS, so a scratch does not expose a different colour underneath. The diffuser is brushed opal polycarbonate, UV-stabilised, which keeps it from yellowing in sunlight and spreads light evenly across the full diameter. The manufacturer specifies stainless steel screws and silicone gaskets, and explicitly recommends the fitting for coastal zones where salt-laden air quickly destroys ordinary luminaires. IK08 impact resistance corresponds to a 5 J strike, which matters in corridors, garages and shared circulation areas. Two light colours, chosen at installation The 24 W LED module carries a CCT switch: before fitting you select warm 3000 K or neutral 4000 K. Luminaire output is 2280 lm and 2489 lm respectively — enough for the PIN 360 to light a hallway, bathroom, terrace or stairwell on its own. The driver is built in, so no separate space needs to be allowed for a transformer. Emergency module as standard This is precisely what separates code 076539XM from the other versions in the PIN 360 range. The built-in emergency module keeps the luminaire running for 3 hours after a mains failure, so the route stays lit through a power cut. It is the usual specification for stairwells, corridors, underground car parks and the common areas of buildings, but it earns its place just as well in a house with a long hallway or a staircase. Installation and electrical data The luminaire runs on 220–240 V at 50/60 Hz and is class II, so no protective earth connection is required. At only 80 mm deep it sits close to the ceiling, and it mounts directly onto the surface with no aperture to cut. The PIN family PIN 360 is the largest of the three sizes, alongside Ø 260 mm at 13 W and Ø 300 mm. Within the family the manufacturer also offers versions with a motion sensor, with DALI control, and combinations of those features with the emergency module; every size comes in white RAL 9003, anthracite RAL 7016, corten and grey (grigio tortora) — the last of which is the one offered here.
