Nordlux Oja 42 black LED ceiling light 22 W 2700 K Moodmaker 47286003

Name: Nordlux Oja 42 black LED ceiling light 22 W 2700 K Moodmaker 47286003
Brand: Nordlux

Nordlux Oja 42 is a round LED ceiling light with a narrow black rim around a broad, pale diffuser. Its plastic housing is just 2.3 cm high, while the 42.4 cm diameter gives a clearer indication of its footprint on the ceiling. This black version, article 47286003, combines warm white 2700 K light with three-step Moodmaker control.Change brightness with a regular wall switchMoodmaker provides three brightness levels operated through a standard wall switch. There is no separate dimmable bulb to choose: the LED light source is already integrated into the fitting. It is not replaceable in the way a screw-in bulb is, an important distinction when comparing this ceiling light with fittings that use conventional lamp holders. At full brightness, Nordlux specifies a light output of 2100 lm and a power rating of 22 W. The 2700 K colour temperature is warm white; changing the brightness does not mean selecting a cooler white setting. Oja also produces a backlight effect at the ceiling, complementing the light from its wide front surface.A shallow fitting with a substantial footprintWith no hanging cable, this low-profile ceiling light is worth considering where a pendant would extend too far into the room. Compare its 42.4 cm diameter with the space available beside tall cupboards and other fittings before installation. A shallow body still needs an appropriate area of clear ceiling. The 120° beam angle suits general lighting rather than a narrowly focused accent. In a living room, bedroom, hallway or corridor, choose the number of fittings according to the room's dimensions and layout. The lumen figure alone cannot establish that every corner will receive enough light.Simple geometry for restrained interiorsA smooth illuminated disc and a thin black outline work with modern, minimalist and Scandinavian schemes. The dark edge remains visible when switched off, without decorative arms or a deep shade. The light source is included, so an E27 or GU10 bulb is not an additional purchase. This version is intended for indoor use.Show more
