The 9532C‑W‑MS snap‑top MicroVial is a 300 µL translucent polypropylene autosampler vial designed for LC‑MS workflows where low extractables, glass‑free sample contact, and reliable needle access are critical. These narrow‑mouth vials are manufactured from ultra‑virgin, specially tested polypropylene formulated for compatibility with LC‑MS solvents. A unique flat‑bottom inner cone geometry differentiates this vial from typical V‑shaped designs. The flat bottom minimizes bubble formation during filling and aspiration and allows autosampler needles to reach the true bottom of the vial, improving sample recovery—especially important when handling limited volumes. The vial includes a permanent marking spot designed for laboratory markers that resists smearing, providing reliable sample identification during handling and analysis.
