Lucide RECESSED 50000/00/31 is a white recessed LED dimmer for controlling compatible lighting. Its front measures 7.6 × 7.6 cm and its height is 5.1 cm. A white RAL 9010 cover frame is included, giving the installed control a finished wall-facing appearance.Two control modesA switch selects either Leading Edge RL operation from 5–150 W or Trailing Edge RC operation from 5–300 W. The built-in trim screw is used to set the minimum and maximum dimming range. Before connecting the unit, compare both the dimming method and the actual LED load with these stated ranges.Installation and frame compatibilityThis model is intended only for standard flush-mounted boxes with threaded holes; separate clips for boxes without threaded holes are not supplied. Lucide lists compatibility with cover frames from Berker, Busch-Jaeger, Gira, Jung, Merten by Schneider, Niko and Peha. An adapter for Busch-Jaeger and Niko frames is included.Useful circuit functionsThe dimmer is suitable for two-way and hotel switching, has soft start, and includes protection against overload, overheating and interference. Lucide recommends a test setup before fixing the unit to the wall: flickering from the light, transformer or dimmer can indicate an unsuitable combination.Show more
