PRO C MINI 24-3200-91 is a double-ended connector with cable for 10 mm single-colour COB LED strips. Its two transparent connectors are joined by a 15 cm cable. The housings are made from polycarbonate, and copper is used in the construction.Joining two COB strip sectionsThis version uses two contacts, identified as 2PIN, and joins strips without soldering. The contacts pierce the PCB, while the housing closes with a click-fit action. The cable between the ends allows strip sections to connect without meeting directly. When choosing the connector, check the 10 mm strip width, single-colour COB construction and two-contact arrangement together. The PRO series name alone does not establish compatibility.Allowing space and checking the loadThe manufacturer's connector dimensions for this article are 18 × 12 × 5 mm. Its body is therefore wider than the compatible strip, so allow for that width at the connection point. The cable has two conductors, each with a cross-section of 0.3 mm². The connector is specified for 5, 12 or 24 V DC and a maximum current of 2 A.It can be used with IP20 and IP65 strips. However, a connection to an IP65 strip must be sealed to retain that protection rating. The transparent housing alone does not make the complete connection IP65-rated.Show more
