How far the track drops The cable is 2 m long and shortens at the ceiling gripper — 2000 mm is the maximum drop, not a fixed one. That lets the track hang below the ceiling instead of sitting on it, which matters in tall rooms and under suspended ceilings. The kit makes up a single suspension point, so the number of kits follows the number of points the run has to be carried at — a longer track needs several.
