SLV DISPLAY white picture light, GU10, 46 cm, max. 50 W, 1002860

Name: SLV DISPLAY white picture light, GU10, 46 cm, max. 50 W, 1002860
Brand: SLV

SLV DISPLAY ADL 50 is a white picture and display light with a single head on a slender curved arm. Version 1002860 measures 46 cm in length and uses a replaceable GU10 lamp, selected separately. The white arm and small shade give the fitting a restrained outline rather than the appearance of a broad picture-light bar.Aim the head at the displayThe head has a 90° tilt range and 200° of horizontal rotation. This allows the light direction to change without moving the fitting's mounting point. That adjustment matters when the available fixing position does not line up directly with the picture or object you want to highlight. With one directional head, this fitting creates an accent rather than providing a continuous row of light across a frame. Compare its 46 cm length with the position of the picture and the available mounting space. SLV also specifies a height of 9 cm and a diameter of 3.5 cm, measurements worth checking against surrounding furniture or display construction before installation.Choose the GU10 lamp separatelyNo light source is supplied. The single GU10 socket accepts a compatible LED or halogen lamp rated at no more than 50 W. This is the fitting's maximum permitted lamp wattage, not a claim that every lamp installed will consume 50 W.Check colour temperature, light output and beam angle when selecting the lamp. The fitting itself does not prescribe one fixed colour temperature or lumen output. Choosing the light source is therefore part of planning the display, alongside setting the direction of the head.Connection and visual characterThe fitting connects to a 220–240 V supply through its connection lead and included connection box. The lead is 30 cm long, so the position of the electrical supply needs to be considered when choosing the fixing point. SLV identifies aluminium and brass as construction materials. The narrow curved arm, white finish and compact head support a modern, minimalist appearance, with little decorative bulk to compete visually with the displayed object.Show more
