Bazar Bizar Aqua XS handleless espresso cup, blue, 5.5 × 7 cm

Name: Bazar Bizar Aqua XS handleless espresso cup, blue, 5.5 × 7 cm
Brand: BAZAR BIZAR

Bazar Bizar's Aqua XS is a handleless espresso cup made from stoneware in Portugal. Its blue glaze has greenish tones in the product photographs, with a vertically textured exterior contrasting against the smooth inside. The small beaker-shaped body widens slightly towards the rim.Sizing it for espressoThe cup is 7 cm high and measures 5.5 cm in both length and width. XS identifies the espresso version rather than a large mug for milky coffee. When choosing it for your coffee machine, compare its height with the space below the spout. External measurements do not establish its liquid capacity. The handleless form leaves the glazed surface uninterrupted on every side. There is no projecting handle to allow for when arranging cups on a tray or table. The additional photograph shows the same cup filled with coffee, not another item included in the purchase.Hand-formed stoneware and careThe maker describes hand-formed clay and allows for small differences associated with handmade production. Colour and surface markings may therefore vary slightly from one example to another.Wash and dry the cup thoroughly before first use. Gentle handwashing and gradual heating and cooling are recommended to prevent thermal shock. Keep that guidance in mind when moving from hot coffee to washing the vessel.Show more
