ANATUYA black wall lamp Luces Exclusivas LE42230
The ANATUYA LE42230 is a wall lamp in black aluminium, its form reduced to the structure itself: a rectangular wall plate and a slim tube that bends into a full loop above it and ends below the plate in a small cylindrical head pointing downwards. The finish is matt. A round switch sits in the plate, so the lamp is operated at the fitting itself. How much wall it takes up The fitting measures 26.7 cm high and 22.3 cm wide — that is the clear patch of wall to plan for. It stands 4.8 cm off the wall, because the loop of the arm runs parallel to the surface rather than out into the room, so the lamp is not in the way in a narrow passage or beside the edge of a piece of furniture. It runs on 230 V mains, so a supply cable has to reach the mounting point. The head points downwards, onto the surface below the fitting. How much light ANATUYA gives One LED module works inside it, rated 3 W and 190 lm. An old 60 W incandescent bulb produced around 800 lm, so 190 lm is spot brightness: the lamp lights what sits underneath it — an open book, a headboard, a section of wall — rather than a whole room. The colour temperature is 3000 K, warm white with a slightly yellow cast, close to the light of a traditional bulb. The module is built in and supplied with the lamp: there is no bulb to buy, and no way to replace the light source on its own once the diodes are spent. Build and colour version Plate, arm and head are aluminium finished in black. There is no shade and no decorative element beyond the loop of the arm, which is why the lamp reads as a thin line on a plain wall rather than as a solid body.
