This is a two-metre mounting profile in anodised aluminium for the Bergmen Neon Flex HS flexible neon. It does not light up on its own — it is the channel that keeps the neon straight and holds the line.What it works withThe profile is made for the Neon Flex HS. That neon has a 10 × 18 mm section and a flat base, so it sits in the channel across its full width; the manufacturer intends this fixing for facade faces as well. The neon itself runs on 24 V DC and draws 14 W per metre, so the driver is sized to the length of neon, not to the profile.Length and counting sectionsOne section is 2 m. Neon Flex HS comes on 5 m reels and cuts every 5 cm, or every 10 cm in the RGB version — the neon sets the length of the sign and the profiles are counted to match it: a six-metre run takes three pieces.This profile is straight. Neon Flex HS bends horizontally only, with a minimum arc diameter of 8 cm, and must not be twisted — which is why the manufacturer offers a separate flexible profile, 01-011-020-34, in 1 m sections for curves and lettering.What you need to buy alongsideThe profile is one part of the system and carries its own code, 01-011-020-97. The neon itself, the end cap 01-011-020-16, the caps with a cable hole — straight 01-011-020-18, side 01-011-020-23 and bottom 01-011-020-22 — the mounting clips 01-011-020-14 and the 24 V driver all have codes of their own. The manufacturer notes that Neon Flex HS only reaches IP67 with the right accessories, so outdoors those parts belong to the installation rather than to the extras.Show more
