Zorbax Stablebond column with 4.6 mm inner diameter,150 mm length and 3.5 µm particle size. Method validation kit, contains 3 columns from different lots. This Agilent ZORBAX StableBond column utilizes patented, unique, non-functional silanes with sterically demanding diisopropyl side chains. These protect the key siloxane bond from hydrolytic attack at low pH. StableBond packing materials are not endcapped to ensure high stability and to maximize lifetime and reproducibility under acidic separation conditions. The high purity and weakly acidic silica gel results in excellent peak shape with acidic, basic and neutral substances. Therefore, StableBond columns are an excellent choice for method development at low pH. ZORBAX StableBond columns are compatible with all common mobile phases, including phases with high aqueous content.Show more
