Syringe with Luer Lock Needle - Designed for externally threaded glass containers All the advantages of the A series syringe plus a push button valve which allows instantaneous injection. Ideal for small liquid samples containing low-boiling components. Allows sample storage in 25 μl syringes Particularly useful when handling small liquid samples containing low-boiling components, usually lost through evaporation using ordinary syringes. In addition to sample storage capability, the push-button valve allows for pre-pressurization of samples prior to injection. By pre-pressurizing the sample gas to match or exceed the pressure in the chromatograph, the sample can be flushed instantaneously into the column as a ‘slug’. The result is better resolution.
