Hyper Similars C18™ is a traditional reversed-phase HPLC stationary phase manufactured on high-purity Type-B spherical silica with a fully endcapped octadecyl (C18) bonded phase. Designed as a cost-effective alternative to legacy Hypersil® and Spherisorb® columns, it offers comparable chromatographic behavior for USP L1 methods while providing the strong hydrophobic retention, reproducibility, and broad applicability expected from a conventional C18 stationary phase. 62518-10P-3 is a 100 mm x 3.0 mm ID analytical column packed with 5 µm, 150Å Hyper Similars C18 particles. The 3.0 mm ID format reduces solvent consumption compared to standard 4.6 mm columns while maintaining good sample capacity and chromatographic performance. This column is well suited for LC-MS and solvent-saving applications, typically operating at approximately 0.4–0.6 mL/min.
