Agilent Technologies HPLC Column PL-SCX, 4000Å, 5 μm, 2.1 x 50 mm
A high performance cation exchange HPLC prep column with fully porous PS/DVB particles. This PL-SCX prep column has an inner diameter of 2.1 mm, a length of 50 mm and a particle size of 5.0 µm. This column can withstand a wide pH range (1-14) and is stable at high temperatures. PL-SCX: Ready for success PL-SCX strong cation exchange materials are extremely hydrophilic and are designed for purification of biomolecules. The materials are fully polymeric and chemically and thermally stable over a wide range of HPLC conditions. The strong cation exchange functions covalently bound to a chemically stable polymer facilitate cation exchange purification over a wide pH range. This stability can be exploited for column purification and also allows the use of denaturing conditions and stabilizers/solubilizers for the purification of target compounds, such as those encountered in the purification of synthetic oligonucleotides with self-complementary sequences.Zobraziť viac
