Product Overview VOLTCRAFT IST 3000E Installation Tester (with EVSE function) The VOLTCRAFT IST 3000E is a comprehensive installation tester designed for standardized electrical installation testing according to IEC/VDE 0100. It is suitable for new installations, maintenance, and modernization work and extends the IST 3000 with dedicated EVSE testing functions for charging stations and wallboxes. Measurement Functions: Loop impedance Insulation resistance Short-circuit current measurement Low-resistance and continuity testing RCD testing (Type A, AC, B, B+, F) TRMS voltage, frequency, and phase rotation Earth resistance (3-wire, 4-wire, and RO methods) EVSE Function (New): Testing of EV charging stations and wallboxes (Type 2) Includes active EVSE test adapter Supports PP status (cable simulation) Vehicle simulation CP fault / E simulation Simple connection between charging station and tester Display & Operation: 480 × 320 TFT LCD color display with backlight Integrated help screens with graphical guidance Step-by-step operation to reduce user errors Memory & Documentation: Stores up to 1000 measurements Customer, site, and object ID management Single or full data deletion Step-through review of stored records Key Features: RCD tests including touch voltage, trip time, and trip current Loop and line impedance measurement (with RCD loop option) Phase rotation measurement Extended EVSE testing capabilities EVSE Test Cable: Type 2 connector Switch for CP mode selection 4 mm safety test leads (L1, L2, L3, N, PE, CP, PP) 0.5 m cable length Note: For PE pre-testing of EVSE systems, the VOLTCRAFT IST 3003 EVSE adapter is additionally recommended.
