HEALTH Atlas 150 exclusively uses rollers made of anodised aluminium alloy and combs and scrapers made of polymeric resin. These materials guarantee the absence of metal dust particles, which are harmful to health. FUNCTIONALITY The easy-to-grip crank makes it easier to knead, and the adjustment knob with 10 clear positions ensures immediate pasta thickness selection. STABILITY Atlas 150 is stable and sturdy thanks to its easy-to-fix clamp and rubber screwed feet, thus reducing work time and ensuring excellent results right from the start. CLEANING The surfaces of Atlas 150 can easily be cleaned with a cloth and maintenance is simplified by the presence of removable polymeric resin combs. Atlas 150 is not dishwasher safe! FLAVOUR ENHANCEMENT The anodised aluminium rollers feature an imperceptibly rough surface. The pasta comes out porous and binds more easily with the condiments used. VERSATILITY In addition to the accessory provided for fettuccine and tagliolini, there are 13 extra accessories available for just as many different types of pasta.
