This is a system component, not a luminaire: a 90° corner connector for the Zambelis 2083 magnetic track in the trimless version, finished in Sandy Black. It joins two lengths of track so the line of light does not stop at the edge but continues around it without a break.Vertical or horizontal — not the same partThe C1 suffix marks the vertical corner: its two arms lie in a vertical plane, so the track steps from the ceiling onto a wall, or around a bulkhead or downstand beam. For a turn within one ceiling — an L drawn flat — the part is 2083B-C2. This is the most common ordering mistake on this system, because the two look very similar in a photograph. Branches use their own fittings: 2083B-T (tee) and 2083B-CROSS (cross).Which profiles it fitsThe corner is made only for the deep trimless profiles of the 2083 series: 2083B-1 (1 m), 2083B-2 (2 m) and 2083B-3 (3 m). The section matches the track — 74 mm wide and 54 mm high — and the corner's own arms measure 50 × 50 mm, which has to be allowed for when setting out the ceiling aperture. The version for the sandy white system is 2083W-C1.Trimless means no visible frameThe whole 2083 series is installed frameless: the profile is set into the plasterboard and skimmed in with the ceiling, so once painted only the black slot of light remains visible. The corner keeps that effect through the turn — without it one run would have to end and another begin, leaving a gap in the line.
