Norlys Moss DC6821GR Garden Spike Spotlight, Graphite RAL 7016, LED 6.8 W 24 V DC, 2700 K

Name: Norlys Moss DC6821GR Garden Spike Spotlight, Graphite RAL 7016, LED 6.8 W 24 V DC, 2700 K
Brand: NORLYS

Moss DC6821GR is a small garden spotlight on a ground spike: a cylindrical head 8.5 cm across sits on a curved arm, and the whole fitting is pushed into the soil on a steel spike. The body is cast aluminium powder-coated in graphite (RAL 7016), and the front is closed with clear safety glass. The beam direction can be adjusted, including vertically, so it is easy to aim at a shrub, a trunk or a wall. 24 V supply – what you need to buy The spotlight runs on 24 V DC and is not connected directly to the 230 V mains. It needs an external voltage-stabilised power supply, which is not included; Norlys reserves the choice of supply and the installation for a suitably qualified person. Protection class III means it runs on safety extra-low voltage. The fitting has 3 m of H05RN-F 2 × 1 mm² cable, joined in a suitable junction box – Norlys sells box 145ZX0009 separately for this. The LED module is suitable for dimming, with brightness controlled at the supply side according to the installation design. What light it gives The built-in LED module draws 6.8 W and delivers 700 lm at 2700 K, a warm, slightly yellow light. The beam is symmetrical at 36° with a peak intensity of 1500 cd – light for picking out one plant or part of a facade rather than lighting the whole garden. According to Norlys's photometric data, the light patch is about 0.63 m across at 1 m, about 1.26 m at 2 m and about 1.9 m at 3 m. Compare these with the width of the shrub or tree crown the spotlight should cover. Durability IP65 protects against dust and water jets, so the spotlight can stand in a flower bed, and IK06 means it withstands an impact of 1 J. Norlys gives the module an L90 lifetime of over 135,500 h, and the LED module may only be replaced by the Norlys service. The head weighs 0.56 kg and stands 10.8 cm above the spike; with the spike the fitting measures 27 cm. The plain cylindrical form without decoration suits modern gardens and the uplighting of trees, shrubs or facades. In the Moss series the same spotlight also comes in black and in corten steel.Mostrar mais
