Trysil 1031AL is a complete 350 cm lighting column that splits at the top into two arms forming a Y with a 118 cm span. The 11 cm shaft and the arms are an extruded aluminium profile powder-coated in light grey RAL 9006. Each arm holds an LED module under Ledil VSM lenses, covered by clear UV-stabilised polycarbonate. How much light it gives Two Philips Fortimo FastFlex LED modules produce 3663 lm together; 3425 lm leaves the luminaire at 23.3 W — 147 lm/W for the whole column. 4000 K is neutral white with no yellow tint, and Ra 70 renders colours less faithfully than Ra 80 sources, so this is light for paths and open areas rather than for bringing out the colours of plants. The IESNA type V lenses spread light symmetrically around the shaft: the manufacturer's isolux diagram for a 3.5 m height shows a near-square pool with the column at its centre. Only 0.9% of the flux goes above the horizontal, so the column barely lights the sky. DALI control and servicing The driver works in a DALI-2 system, so two DA control cores run to the column alongside the supply; the terminals take five conductors up to 4 mm², and a round-sheathed cable can be up to 13.6 mm in diameter. From the factory the driver is set to maximum current, which means full output. NightDim midnight dimming and other parameters are programmed by the manufacturer by arrangement with the Norlys sales team. The modules keep 90% of their flux for 100,000 h (L90B10), and the driver is rated for 100,000 h. LED modules and driver are replaced by a professional service using the ZS1043zx0009 service kit, so a worn light source does not mean replacing the whole column. Installation and what to buy separately The column ships in a 44 × 38 × 232 cm box without a foundation or connection hardware. The mounting adapter 1259GA0009, the ground anchor 180GA0009 or the concrete-in anchor 3091GA0009 are ordered separately; the instructions also list the B-50 concrete foundation and a sealed junction box with a 6 A fuse (7666ZX0009). The 24 × 24 cm base plate sits on four M14 bolts spaced 18 × 18 cm, and installation and connection are done by a licensed electrician. Protection class I requires a protective earth conductor in the circuit. IP65 keeps out dust and water jets from any direction, and IK10 is the highest impact resistance on the IK scale. With a 15 A inrush current, the manufacturer allows up to 29 columns on a B16 breaker and up to 49 on a C16. Where to put it The manufacturer intends the column for gardens, private grounds and architectural schemes: parks, driveways and terraces, where one light point 3.5 m up has to light a square or path on both sides of the shaft.
