About SureSTART™ 11 mm Snap Caps for Level 2 High-Throughput Applications Use Thermo Scientific™ SureSTART™ 11 mm snap caps with snap vials with an 11 mm opening, including our SureSTART 2 ml glass snap vials (Level 2). Choose Level 2 products for high throughput applications where robustness and reproducibility are critical. Soft polyethylene caps with double snap function guarantee a tight seal. These snap-on caps include silicone/PTFE or rubber/TEF septa with different hardness values designed to reduce problems with autosampler needles.
