Recessed ceiling light SLV SENSER 12 DL white 6.4W 4000K 1004697

Name: Recessed ceiling light SLV SENSER 12 DL white 6.4W 4000K 1004697
Brand: SLV

SLV SENSER 12 DL 1004697 is a square LED fitting for recessed ceiling installation, with a white aluminium frame. The frame measures 11.5 × 11.5 cm and stands only 0.3 cm proud of the ceiling plane; the fitting is 2 cm deep overall.Cut-out and how it is heldInstallation needs a square 10.5 × 10.5 cm cut-out and 3 cm of clear space above the ceiling — compare both figures with your own suspended-ceiling build-up before ordering several for one layout. The fitting is held by the leaf springs visible in the rear photo: it pushes into a finished cut-out without extra brackets. It weighs 0.125 kg, or 0.184 kg boxed, so the load on a plasterboard sheet is negligible. The connecting lead comes out of the back of the body. The light it givesThe built-in LEDs deliver 440 lm, roughly the brightness of an old 40 W bulb — this is a fitting to place at several points rather than a single source for a whole room. The 4000 K colour temperature is neutral white with no yellow cast, and the 110° beam spreads the light widely instead of forming a narrow spot.A colour rendering index of Ra 90 means colours look close to how they look in daylight, which matters over a worktop and beside a mirror. The LEDs are integrated into the fitting, so they cannot be replaced; SLV rates them at 50,000 hours. The driver is bought separatelyThe fitting runs on extra-low voltage in protection class III and draws 200 mA of constant current, so it is never wired straight to 230 V. No LED driver is included, and without one the fitting cannot be switched on — budget for it with the order.SLV names two drivers for it: 1007215, 10 W at 200 mA with phase dimming, and 1007229, a DALI 25 W 150–700 mA unit. The driver decides whether and how the fitting dims, and its wattage decides how many fittings one circuit will carry.Where it fitsSLV intends this version as basic lighting for offices, kitchens, entrance halls and corridors. The plain white frame without ornament and the flush installation make it a minimalist solution — the fitting disappears into the ceiling plane instead of breaking it up.Mostrar mais
