Preparation and Recommended Use For one serving, mix the contents of one sachet with 200 ml of clean water . Pour 200 ml of water into a suitable soft flask, ideally the Maurten Gel Mix Flask. If using Maurten Additions, add them to the flask first and shake well. Slowly add the contents of one Gel Mix sachet to the water. Shake the flask thoroughly until the powder has completely dissolved and no lumps remain. Allow the mixture to rest for approximately 5 minutes before consumption.
