GFA1923C Recessed Light, Black, Gea Luce, IP65

Name: GFA1923C Recessed Light, Black, Gea Luce, IP65
Brand: Gea Luce

Gea Luce GFA1923C is a miniature recessed light with a square face and a circular light opening. Its aluminium body has a satin-black finish, while the transparent diffuser is made from methacrylate. The simple geometry and absence of decorative trim suit modern, minimalist schemes where a small light point, rather than a prominent fitting, should remain visible.A focused beam rather than a wide spreadThe integrated 3 W LED module produces warm-white light at 3000 K. Consider the colour temperature of neighbouring fittings when planning a coordinated installation. With a stated output of 200 lm and a 24° beam angle, this model directs light towards a limited area rather than spreading it broadly throughout a room. For general lighting, assess the number and positioning of light points as well as the output of each one.A colour rendering index of CRI >90 is useful when the illuminated area includes coloured surfaces or finishing details. The fitting is not dimmable: it is intended for ordinary on/off operation, not adjustable brightness.Included components and installationBoth the LED module and the transformer are included. However, the transformer is separate from the light body, so the installation layout needs to accommodate that component too. The mains supply is 220–240 V AC, 50/60 Hz. The manufacturer's instructions require installation by qualified personnel and disconnection of the mains before any work is carried out.Bathroom and outdoor useThe manufacturer explicitly permits bathroom and outdoor installation and specifies an IP65 rating. The chosen position must still suit the installation method and electrical conditions; the fitting's protection does not remove the need to protect its wiring and electrical components. For cleaning, the instructions recommend a damp cloth with mild detergent, followed by gentle drying with a soft cloth. Cables and electrical parts must not be exposed to water or cleaning agents.Mostrar mais
