Gea Luce GFA134 adjustable GU10 recessed spotlight – brushed copper

Name: Gea Luce GFA134 adjustable GU10 recessed spotlight – brushed copper
Brand: Gea Luce

Gea Luce GFA134 is a round recessed spotlight with a movable inner ring for directing the light. Its aluminium body has a brushed copper finish: copper describes the surface appearance, not the material of the entire housing. The visible outer trim surrounds a single GU10 light source.Check the cut-out before installationThe outside diameter is 85 mm, while the required mounting hole measures 72 mm across. These are different measurements and should not be substituted for one another when preparing the ceiling. The manufacturer's drawing shows a height of 80 mm. Compare this with the space available for the fitting and light source above the ceiling, as well as with any existing opening, before ordering. This is a recessed fitting rather than a surface-mounted spotlight. The circular rim remains visible from the room, with the main assembly above the ceiling plane. The installation instructions show spring supports and illustrate the insertion of the light source into the inner ring.Choose the light, then aim itThe fitting accepts one GU10 light source rated at no more than 35 W. Brightness, colour temperature and beam width depend on the bulb selected. The copper finish does not determine the colour of the emitted light. The movable ring allows the light to be aimed at a chosen part of the interior; the manufacturer does not specify an adjustment angle in degrees. It can form part of a ceiling lighting scheme in a living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining area or corridor. The simple paired-ring construction suits modern and minimalist interiors where brushed copper is intended as a visible metallic detail instead of white trim.Installation and careThe manufacturer requires installation by qualified personnel and disconnection of the mains supply before work. For cleaning, it recommends a damp cloth with mild detergent followed by gentle drying. Water and detergent must not reach cables or electrical components. Keep the installation instructions for future maintenance.Mostrar mais
