Flush Mount Frame SLV for FRAME BASIC Gold Steel 13.5x13.5 cm 112780

Name: Flush Mount Frame SLV for FRAME BASIC Gold Steel 13.5x13.5 cm 112780
Brand: SLV

The SLV flush mount frame is a flat steel plate in a gold finish, with a square opening in the middle and a lip folded inwards around it. It is not a luminaire but a mounting part, article number 112780, that seats a recessed spotlight in a ceiling or wall surface.Which spotlights it is made forThe manufacturer matched this frame to four recessed spotlights: FLAT FRAME BASIC, FRAME BASIC, FLAT FRAME CURVE and FRAME CURVE. Compatibility is decided by the square 8.5 × 8.5 cm opening — a spotlight of a different shape or a different cut-out size will not fit it.You are buying the frame on its own. The spotlight is ordered separately, and the plate carries no electrical parts at all: no lamp, no driver, no wiring. How much ceiling area it takesThe plate measures 13.5 × 13.5 cm around an 8.5 × 8.5 cm opening, so the lip extends 2.5 cm beyond the cut-out edge on every side. That figure, rather than the opening itself, sets the minimum spacing between light points when several spotlights are planned in one row.The cut-out is square, not round, so the opening in the board is prepared for that shape — a hole saw on its own will not produce it.BuildThe frame is made of steel in gold and weighs 94 g. The lip is densely perforated across its whole surface — that is how flush mount frames are built, because the filler passes through the holes and ties the plate into the surface the frame is set into.Slotted holes for fixings sit in the four corners of the plate.Mostrar mais
