Rendl Fancy 35/25 R13418 pendant light, chrome foil, E27, 35 cm diameter

Name: Rendl Fancy 35/25 R13418 pendant light, chrome foil, E27, 35 cm diameter
Brand: Rendl light studio

Rendl Fancy 35/25 R13418 is a pendant light with a cylindrical shade made from chrome-coloured foil. With the light off, the shade has a mirrored appearance; when illuminated, it becomes partly transparent. Its plain cylinder keeps attention on this change of surface rather than on decorative arms or additional ornament.Planning around a 35 cm shadeThe shade measures 35 cm in diameter and 25 cm in height. Rendl specifies a suspension length of 120 cm. Consider the shade dimensions and the suspension separately when planning the installation: a 25 cm shade height is not the overall height of the installed pendant. Compare these measurements with the ceiling height and the intended position before deciding where it will hang. The round shade can provide a lighting point above a dining or kitchen table. Rendl also lists living rooms and bedrooms among its applications. Check the relationship between the shade diameter and the width of the furniture, together with the clearance needed above the tabletop. The reflective surface picks up its surroundings, so nearby colours and objects also contribute to its appearance.A separately selected E27 bulbThe fitting takes a replaceable E27 LED bulb rated at no more than 15 W. The bulb is not included. Light colour and light output therefore depend on the bulb you choose rather than being fixed characteristics of the chrome shade. Because the foil becomes partly transparent when lit, the bulb's appearance is also relevant to the finished arrangement.Dimming is available with a suitable light source. For brightness control, select a dimmable bulb and compatible controls instead of assuming that every E27 bulb supports dimming. The pendant operates at 230 V and does not require an additional transformer.Reflective styling and careful handlingThe simple cylindrical form suits modern and minimalist interiors, while the mirrored finish can accompany glamour-style accents. The installation manual requires a qualified installer and disconnection of the power supply before work begins. It also warns that the shade can easily be damaged: handle it carefully during unpacking, moving and installation.Mostrar mais
