Asker Pole PRO 5207AL is a complete lighting pole: a 350 cm aluminium profile in two segments, topped by an angled luminaire measuring 39 × 24 cm. The profile is extruded and powder coated in aluminium RAL 9006, and the lens is transparent PMMA seated on a silicone gasket. What it takes to install The base flange has four holes for M14 pins spaced 180 × 180 mm, so the foundation has to be cast with exactly that anchor pattern. The ground anchor (index 180), the concreting anchor (3091) and the mounting adapter (1259) are separate articles and are not in the box. The pole itself weighs 11 kg and presents a side area of 0.39 m² — the second figure is what goes into the wind-load calculation for the foundation. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 4 mm² and allow the luminaire to be looped through at the same cross-section, so several poles can run off one supply line. Round cable of 8–12 mm or 10–13.6 mm diameter. The light it gives and where it sends it The luminaire delivers 2834 lm at 19.4 W and 4000 K, a neutral white without a yellow cast. The LED is built in, so you buy no bulb for it. Distribution comes from a Ledil T2-L lens with an IESNA type III pattern: the light spreads wide to the sides and forward, along a path or carriageway, rather than in an even circle around the pole. The manufacturer computed the photometry for a 3.5 m mounting height, which is exactly this pole. It dims on a TRIAC phase dimmer, on both the leading and the trailing edge. Outdoor service and maintenance The luminaire is rated IP65 and IK08, and the optical kit — the LED module with its lens — is sealed to IP67. The manufacturer gives an operating range of −20 to +45 °C. The pole is protection class I, so the installation needs an earth conductor. The LED module and the driver are replaceable by a professional, which means that years from now the insert is changed rather than the whole pole.
