NORLYS Alta 291GA hot-dip galvanised bollard light E27 85 cm IP65

Name: NORLYS Alta 291GA hot-dip galvanised bollard light E27 85 cm IP65
Brand: NORLYS

Alta 291GA is an 85 cm bollard light: a round column 15 cm in diameter made of hot-dip galvanised steel, topped with a head of horizontal louvres. Hot-dip galvanising is an unpainted zinc coating with a silvery-grey, metallic look – which is why this finish has no RAL number. Under the louvres sits an opal PMMA diffuser, sealed with a silicone gasket. The bollard weighs 8.83 kg. What light it gives The fitting has an E27 socket for an LED lamp of up to 9 W in A55–A60 shape – a wider decorative globe or a long candle lamp will not fit under the diffuser. The lamp is not included and has to be bought separately. Norlys also offers the fitting with a Philips Master LEDbulb 806 lm / 8.5 W / 2700 K, warm light as bright as an old 60 W bulb; that is a guide to the lamp to choose. The lamp is replaced by the user. Light spreads all around the bollard, and the louvres shield it from above. ULOR 11% and the BUG rating B0-U1-G0 mean that only a small part of the light goes above the horizontal, while the rest falls on the paving and plants around the fitting – so the bollard marks a path or the edge of a driveway well. Mounting and connection The bollard is bolted to the base with three bolts through ø9 mm holes set 120° apart on a ø65 mm circle. The concrete anchor 205ZX0010, ground anchor 206GA0010, concrete foundation adapter 206GA0S10 and mounting adapters 3080GA0009 and 3086GA0009 are sold separately – one of them has to be chosen to suit the ground. The terminals take conductors up to 3 × 2.5 mm² and allow the supply to be looped through, so several bollards along a path can run on one line. The gland takes round cable up to 12.5 mm in diameter. The fitting is protection class II, so it needs no protective earth. IP65 allows it to stand outdoors without cover, and IK08 means resistance to impacts of 5 J. The diffuser and gasket are available as spare parts. Where it fits A plain column with a louvred head is a Scandinavian-style form. The bollard is intended for gardens, terraces, driveways and the street side of a property, as well as the surroundings of hotels and restaurants.Mostrar mais
