TRICA I is a metal surface spotlight with a flat rectangular base 13 × 9 cm and a height of just 5.5 cm. Rendl intends it for wall or ceiling alike — it is the same fitting, only turned around. 80° tilt and 350° rotation This is the model's key feature and the reason to pick it over a fixed wall light. The head rotates through 350°, effectively a full circle, and tilts through 80° — from grazing along the wall to pointing straight out sideways. One fitting can therefore light a picture, wash a wall, throw light up at the ceiling or down for reading — and you can change your mind at any time without unscrewing anything. GU10 up to 25 W, bulb separate The holder is GU10, the manufacturer caps the source at 25 W, and no bulb is included. Rendl states the fitting can be dimmed if a dimmable bulb is used — there is no electronics inside to prevent it. When buying a GU10 LED, watch the beam angle: a narrow 24–36° turns this into a picture spotlight, a wide 100–120° into soft general light. Small, light, no transformer The whole fitting weighs 206 g and runs directly off 230 V mains — no driver or transformer, so it mounts on an ordinary back box. At 5.5 cm high it stands off the wall no more than most wall lights. The construction is metal in matt white; IP20 keeps it in dry interiors. The same body in black carries the code R13372.
