Wall lamp Nexus 2.0 Black Nordlux

Name: Wall lamp Nexus 2.0 Black Nordlux
Brand: Nordlux

Nordlux Nexus 2.0 is a black wall light with a circular backplate and a tapered shade that opens underneath. Its satin-matt finish is interrupted by a solid-brass swivel joint and a brushed-brass toggle switch. Bønnelycke MDD's design pairs a restrained Scandinavian outline with a small, distinctly retro control detail.A movable head for a specific lighting positionThe head tilts through 90° and turns through 180°, letting you alter the direction of the light without moving the wall fixing. Beside a chair or bed, that adjustment can help align the light with the position of a book. The on/off switch sits on the fitting itself, so check that it will remain within reach when deciding the mounting height. The fitting is 21 cm high and projects 19 cm from the wall. Its shade measures 10 cm across and 15.3 cm high. Compare the projection with the available space beside a headboard, chair or passage before installation, and leave room for the head to move. These measurements describe a compact directional fitting rather than an extending wall arm.Choose the GU10 bulb separatelyNexus takes one replaceable GU10 LED bulb rated at a maximum of 6 W. The bulb is not supplied. You therefore select the light colour, brightness and beam angle when buying the light source; these are not fixed by the black shade. For reading, match those bulb characteristics to the distance between the fitting and the book.Nordlux specifies that this wall light cannot be dimmed. The brass toggle switches it on and off, rather than adjusting brightness. There is no integrated LED module that needs to determine your choice of colour temperature.Plan the cable route and surface careThe black cable is 250 cm long. Check its route and the position of the power supply when planning the wall location. The adjustable head and local switch support supplementary lighting in a living room, bedroom, study or hotel room. In a dining room or hallway, Nexus can supplement the main lighting; a single bulb does not automatically provide whole-room illumination. The construction includes metal and plastic. The instructions recommend a soft dry cloth for dust and a soft damp cloth for stains, without detergents. Wait until the fitting has dried completely before switching it on again.Pokaż więcej
