Astrid 2210AL is an 85 cm bollard light with a 14 × 14 cm square cross-section and rounded corners. The body is an extruded aluminium profile with vertical ribs, powder-coated light grey RAL 9006. Behind the ribs at the top sits a milky PMMA diffuser, through which the integrated LED module shines.Size and installationThe base takes up 14 × 14 cm — compare that with the width of the path edging or border where the bollard will stand. It is bolted down through three ø9 mm holes set at 120° intervals on a ø65 mm circle. The concreting anchor (205), ground anchor (206), adapter for a concrete foundation (206S) and mounting adapter (3080GA) are sold separately, so the fixing is chosen to suit the ground and ordered together with the light.The IP65 rating means protection against dust and water jets, so the bollard stands outdoors with no cover. IK10 is the highest impact-resistance class for the housing, which counts beside a driveway or wherever a lawnmower may knock it.What light Astrid givesThe LED module shines at 2700 K, a warm, slightly yellow light close to a traditional incandescent bulb. The source itself produces 1372 lm, but 247 lm leaves the luminaire — the milky diffuser and the ribs hold back the rest. That is orientation-level light: the bollard marks the edge of a path, terrace or driveway and brightens its immediate surroundings rather than lighting the whole garden. Half of the output (ULOR 50%) goes above the horizontal, so the fitting glows itself more than it lights the surface beneath it.With several bollards in a row, consistent colour matters: SDCM3 means differences in tint between units are hard to see with the naked eye. The plain ribbed form without ornament suits gardens laid out in a modern or Scandinavian style.DALI-2 control, wiring and servicingThe driver supports the DALI-2 bus: in a DALI installation the bollard is switched and dimmed together with other luminaires from a controller, which — like the bus wiring — belongs to the installation rather than the box. The terminals take conductors up to 2.5 mm² and allow the supply to be looped on to the next light, and the cable entry accepts a cable up to 12.5 mm in diameter. The luminaire is protection class I, so it must be connected to a protective earth.The luminaire draws 10.6 W. A qualified installer can replace the LED module and the driver, and the manufacturer supplies a service set for this model.
