GRAFIT is a round outdoor wall light from SLV, 17 cm tall. The lower half is an aluminium body in matt anthracite, the upper half a translucent acrylic shade with a satin surface. The luminaire sits on a flat bracket that is part of the body and lies against the wall. How much wall it takes up The body is 8.8 cm wide and 17 cm tall, and it stands 11.5 cm out from the wall face. Compare that last figure with the width of the passage beside your door or along the terrace — at this projection the light stays clear even above a narrow path. The luminaire weighs 0.538 kg, so the fixing carries very little load and plugs chosen for the wall material are enough. Which bulb it needs There is one E27 lampholder and no bulb in the box. The manufacturer permits lamps up to 11 W, which rules out a classic 60 W incandescent — in practice this means an LED bulb. SLV recommends its own A60 E27 LED lamp, 7.5 W, 2700 K, colour rendering Ra 90 (article 1005303). 2700 K is warm, slightly yellow light close to the old incandescent. The shade is translucent over its full height, so the light spreads all around rather than only downwards. Where it can be mounted IP44 covers splashing water from any direction, so the light can go on a facade, on a terrace wall or on a garden wall with no extra cover above it. The manufacturer states a permitted ambient temperature from -20 °C to 45 °C, so the luminaire stays outdoors through the winter. It runs on 220–240 V mains and belongs to protection class I, so a cable with a protective earth conductor has to reach the mounting point.
