Microsolv UHPLC Column Cogent RP C12-HTS, 100 Å, 1.8 μm, 2.1 x 150 mm
This Cogent RP C12™ UHPLC Stationary Phase and Column has been a premium value and used by HPLC laboratories for several years. It is double end capped (fully), and bonded with a rigid Adamantine shaped (diamond like) carbon silane to the highest purity silica available; making this column excellent for high throughput screening (HTS) with rapid equilibration between runs. The small, 1.8µm Particle Size will provide high efficiency even at high flow rates with greater Peak Capacity than other typical Particle Sizes but higher back pressures are normal and to be expected. This column is compatible with any Reversed Phase mobile phase including 100% water without any loss of retention run to run, which is why this column is often used for high throughput methods that separate complex mixtures.
