It is a complex medium for the cultivation and isolation of many bacteria, yeasts, and molds. The formulation of the soy-casein-peptone medium contains a combination of casein and soy peptones and provides organic nitrogen, particularly amino acids and longer-chain peptides. The medium also contains neutralizing agents (deinhibitors) such as lecithin, polysorbate 80 (Tween®), and pyruvate to inactivate any disinfectant residues present on dry surfacPokaż więcej
