Maryville Wall Light - 2 Lights - Washed Grey Elstead

Name: Maryville Wall Light - 2 Lights - Washed Grey Elstead
Brand: Elstead Lighting

Maryville is a two-arm wall light from Feiss (Generation Lighting), distributed in Europe by Elstead Lighting. Two curved arms leave a round wall plate and end in candle holders with flower-shaped bobeches, while a turned central stem rises to a decorative finial. Strands of wooden beads hang between the arms. The steel and wood share one finish, a weathered, rubbed grey called Weathered Washed Grey. Size and wall space The wall light is 53.3 cm high and 35.6 cm wide and projects 16.8 cm from the wall. At over half a metre tall it takes up a good part of the wall — compare that with the free space above a chest of drawers, a bed or between windows. If you fit one on each side of a mirror or headboard, allow 35.6 cm of width for each. The fitting weighs 1.7 kg. Bulbs It has two E14 sockets for bulbs of up to 60 W each, and no bulbs are included. The candle holders have no shades, so the bulbs are fully on show — clear candle-shaped bulbs suit them and complete the candelabra look. With a dimmer in the circuit, the fitting works with dimmable bulbs; with bare bulbs, dimmed light changes the mood of the room noticeably. The wall light is for indoor use, is a Class I fitting and must be connected to an earth conductor. Supply voltage is 220–240 V. Style and collection Feiss describes Maryville as French Country in style — hence the floral bobeches, beads and rubbed finish, listed in our catalogue as Provençal. It suits a living room, bedroom or dining room. The same collection and finish includes chandeliers with three, six and nine lights, so the wall lights can be matched to a ceiling fitting.Pokaż więcej
