LED profile LUMINES type U raw 1 m

Name: LED profile LUMINES type U raw 1 m
Brand: Lumines

LUMINES U in the raw finish is a recessed profile for LED strip lighting. This version is a 1 m section with article code 10-1060-10. Its open channel and side flanges allow the body to sit within a prepared opening rather than entirely on the board surface. The raw finish is distinct from the separately listed silver-anodised version.Plan the opening from the full cross-sectionU is intended for standard plasterboard and furniture panels 12 mm thick. The manufacturer's drawing gives an overall width of 24 mm, a height of 13 mm and a body width of 16 mm. These are different measurements: the width across the flanges is not the width of the recessed body. Compare the proposed opening with the complete cross-section before preparing the board. The manufacturer lists push-in installation and double-sided tape as mounting techniques. The profile allows recessed installation without finishing the edges with joint compound. This matters when choosing between a visible-flange profile and a system that needs to be built into and finished with the surrounding surface.Match the strip and BASIC componentsThe datasheet permits LED strips up to 12 mm wide. The profile is a component of a lighting assembly, not a complete lamp with a fixed brightness or light colour. Those properties depend on the selected strip. The power supply is positioned outside the profile, so its location also needs to be considered in the installation design.Compatible BASIC covers and dedicated end caps form part of the U system. The manufacturer lists transparent, frosted, opal and other cover versions, making the cover a separate choice for the finished light line. The assembly drawing shows the profile, strip, cover and end caps as individual components.Recessed lines in furniture and built-in surfacesU can be used for shelves and cabinets, including kitchen cabinetry. Its straight, restrained section suits modern and minimalist compositions without the decorative body of a standalone fitting. The offered length refers specifically to this 1000 mm section; other lengths and finishes are separate variants.Pokaż więcej
