LAURA chandelier ecru 3×E27, fabric shades, ø67 cm, classic style, JUPITER 513

Name: LAURA chandelier ecru 3×E27, fabric shades, ø67 cm, classic style, JUPITER 513
Brand: JUPITER

LAURA is a three-light chandelier in the classic idiom: a steel frame with arms spread 67 cm wide, each ending in a fabric shade in ecru. The fitting stands 63 cm tall. Fabric instead of glass Fabric shades give quite different light from glass: most of the output leaves upward and downward, while what passes through the material itself arrives muted and warm. The result is soft lighting without hard shadows — characteristic of classically furnished living and dining rooms. Ecru is warmer than pure white and sits better with timber, brass and upholstery in natural tones. Lamps: three E27 up to 15 W The fitting has three E27 sockets rated at a maximum of 15 W each. That is a lower limit than most E27 chandeliers carry, and it follows from the closed fabric shade in which heat gathers around the lampholder. In practice it means LED sources; a 40 or 60 W incandescent is out of the question here. The lamps are replaceable but not supplied. Mounting and delivery The frame weighs 2.47 kg, so the ceiling fixing needs no special anchors, but with a 67 cm spread it is worth planning the position so the arms clear cabinetry and sloping ceilings. The shipping carton measures 44 × 44 × 40 cm — the shades are packed separately and fitted on site. IP20 places the chandelier in dry rooms, and the manufacturer covers it with a five-year warranty.
